There are lots of great ways to get students reflecting on their work. Adryan Steinberg, Meadowmere Art, recently got real creative with technology to help her 5th graders reflect on and share their artwork. Adryan first had students video themselves explaining each step of the process for creating their Flower Zentangles project. Then the short video clips were combined into one video that demonstrated the whole process. Adryan then uploaded the videos to a private Youtube account and created QR codes to post with the artwork in the hallway. Visiting parents can not only view their child's artwork, they can now watch their child reflect on the process to create it.
